Description
On offer here is a VERY rare single (especially in this condition!!!!) called "Some Other Guy" by Richie Barrett and is an ORIGINAL UK 1962 1st Pressing on the 1st Press London label!!!! The B side is called 'Tricky Dicky'. THIS SINGLE IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! IT IS ONE OF THE RAREST 45s ON THE LONDON LABEL - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!! JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!! IT SOLD VIRTUALLY NOTHING ON RELEASE BACK IN 1962 - AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!! AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!! AND ALTHOUGH THIS 45 ISNT PERFECT VISUALLY (THOUGH IT CERTAINLY ISNT TRASHED BY ANY MEANS!) - IT PLAYS VERY WELL INDEED!!!! THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1962 UK LONDON 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS LONDON LABEL, 1ST PRESS 1T/1T MATRIX ENDINGS, AND 1ST PRESS LONDON COMPANY SLEEVE!!!! THIS SINGLE IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK London 1st Pressing from 1962 and is INCREDIBLY hard to find!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl!!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK 1962 London UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press London label and the Cat No is HLK 9552.
The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The record isnt in PERFECT visual condition - though certainly plays VERY well indeed!!!! Most of these 60s singles had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This record is NOT and has NO scratches - though there are a few VERY light hairlines, only 2 or 3 light scufflines, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is GREAT to find that the record plays EVEN BETTER than the visual with NO nasty loud pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some VERY low level background sound on the run on grooves - NOT in the music!!!! There NO groovewear and only some slight distortion on the louder notes (fairly typical of these early 1960s pressings). This single must MEGA STRICTLY visually grade Good++++ (PROPERLY graded, NOT 'wrecked') if not better - with the playing grade better still!!!! THIS RECORD PLAYS BRILLIANTLY!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! This record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press London Company Sleeve which is in GREAT condition and most importantly UNSPLIT!!!! THIS SINGLE IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!! It really is a great looking record and it is truly rare to find any copies of this MEGA RARE single!!!!
