TITLE/ARTIST: This LP by the late great, 60's teen idol, Rick Nelson (he had changed his name from Ricky to Rick by now), is on the original, Decca Records label and is entitled "For You" from 1963---and it is still in it's original shrink wrap, although opened. This was just his 2nd LP release for the Decca Label and features 12 great songs by this RnR legend. It is just one of many LPs I intend to list in the coming weeks and months ahead -- all of which are in very nice shape. In fact, I am listing three (3) other Rick Nelson LPs in this very auction, so please check 'em all out. In my opinion, the condition of both this jacket and the vinyl are extremely nice and very close to perfect, and as is the case with most of my LP's, it also comes with it's original Decca Records inner sleeve as well. But, please view the pics below, read about the LP's condition, and judge everything for yourself. LABEL INFO: As mentioned above it is on the original, Decca Label, DL4479---in original mono---and, in my opinion is in great shape -- I don't even see any spindle lines around the center circle, which would indicate very little actual play time. VINYL INFO: The vinyl is also extremely shiny, clean and nice with absolutely no visual flaws. To me, it appears to be almost as nice as the day it was 1st purchased!! JACKET INFO: Likewise, this jacket -- still enclosed in it's original, but opened, shrink wrap, price tag and all -- is also in excellent condition as well. Personally, I think this entire piece looks awfully nice, but again, please view all the pictures below and judge everything for yourself. INTERESTING FACTS: You really don't see these original '60's LPs out there much anymore, and espiecally not in this kind of outstanding condition, so please have at it---as well as others I have posted this week. I will continue to list many other LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists, even some rare C&W as I am slowly selling off my personal collection, and there are many more records of all varieties to get to yet. Many of these still to be listed records are quite rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in near mint shape. So, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time.
