For auction is the original 1957 Ricky Nelson LP in FANTASTIC SHAPE!
The record surfaces are very clean and are still nice and shiny! This record is in outstanding condition! It is hard to believe that a nicer one would be easily found! That being said - I would still recommend (and always do) that you clean the record thoroughly before playing - let's not damage this great piece of R&R history!
The cover is in nice shape - the seams are tight and strong. There is some minor rubbing to the front and some slight corner bumps. The back is clean and nice!
I am starting this at the ridiculous price of $.99 and NO RESERVE!
Bid early and often - you may end up with a remarkable record at a bargain price!

PACKING NOTES:
I ship 33 and 78 RPM records in new rigid record mailer boxes from Bags Unlimited (you can go their website and see what I'm talking about). These boxes are specifically designed to protect the record from crushing, breakage, and damage in transit. I have found these to be the most effective, and, the safest mailers for vintage recordings. Although occasionally even these mailers cannot stand up to abuse and mis-handling in transit, the chances of a safe delivery are much greater by my using them - please take a look at my feedback to see what others have said!
GRADING NOTES:
Regardless of the standards used, all record grading is somewhat subjective - that's just the nature of the beast. However, I utilize Goldmine's standard grading guidelines for assigning record grades. Play-grading can be confusing - as the quality and performance of equipment used for playback can make a world of difference in what is heard. For instance, the sound heard from a multi-thousand dollar system will differ significantly from a cheap 1970's-vintage plastic turntable with inferior speakers. I try to grade conservatively based on my experience, preferences, and equipment. Please take a look at my feedback to see that I try to be accurate and honest in assigning record grades, and, email with any questions in advance. Thanks.....
