TITLE/ARTIST: This extremely rare and highly collectible four (4) song EP by the very talented, 1950-60's teenage heartthrob, Ricky Nelson, is on the original Verve Label and is self-entitled "Ricky" from 1957---his historic very 1st EP release!. This is just one of two Ricky Nelson EPs I have listed in this auction--so please check out my other listings when you get a chance---thank you! I know that this particular EP is a very rare and highly desired piece by many collectors, so here is your opportunity to get it in absolutely beautiful overall condition. In my opinion, it is in super nice condition and really exhibits few mentionalbe flaws at all---but please view the pictures below, read about the EP's condition, and judge for yourself. LABEL INFO: As mentioned above it is on original, black with silver print, Verve Label, EPV-5048, and, in my opinion, is in near perfect shape. I don't even see any spindle lines around the center circle, which indicates very little play---if any at all. VINYL INFO: The vinyl is likewise extremely shiny, clean and nice with no real serious flaws either---just a couple very light and completely uneventful surface lines. Otherwise, to me it appears practically as nice as the day it was 1st purchased. JACKET INFO: Likewise, the EP jacket/cover is also in great condition and really shows no serious flaws either. There are some very small scuff marks in a couple places along the seams and in the corner areas, and some very early and light signs of aging in a couple of places, but nothing serious, believe me. Please view all the pictures below and judge everything about this rare and classic EP for yourself. INTERESTING FACTS: You really don't see this particular EP out there very often, and espiecally not in this kind of condition. In addition, I have listed many other collectible LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists---even some rare C&W, too. I am slowly selling off my personal collection, and there are many more records of all varieties to get to yet. Many of these still to be listed records are quite rare and hard to find, and almost all of them are in near mint shape. So, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time.
