Some sleeves are textured without the embossed band name and title.
Comes with a printed inner sleeve.
Some new copies came with an extra insert of the cover artwork and photos of the band on the reverse (similar to the inner sleeve shots). These may have been given away with purchases from Chain With No Name shops?
