Rino De Filippi - First Born

Italian pressing, Smash SM 902 (1973)

...aka the very first pressing of the rare RIFLESSI library on EDIPAN (with different title and tracklist). The whole Lp is superb, includes the heavy down-tempo psychedelic funk burner BLUE LAGOON (very "Vacanze" library on Sermi), more classic Rino De Filippi prog synthesizer stuff on SPRING and on TO VENICE. Also features the insane synth prog funk themes with killer drums IVORY, GREEN ROAD and JUMPING. GIPSY sounds like the missing track from Braen's Machine "Temi ritmici e dinamici" library with the same kind of goofy electronics over a very funk drum beat! Rare issue with killer photo of mixing desk on rear sleeve!
