Description
Charity Auction Original one owner vinyl LP. I won this copy from a local college radio station in New Britain, Connecticut in 1981. I was 21 years old at the time. I am now 61 and getting ready to retire and clearing out the house. I broke the plastic cover seal to look inside but never played this LP. I left the plastic seal over the cover. This LP has been in storage out of sunlight since 1981. So in storage for almost 40 years! Non-smoking owner. Graphics on the cover are still vivid in both color and sharpness. Front upper right cover has radio station promo punch hole common with radio station owned LPs. See the photo where I point out the radio station punch mark. Upper right corner of back cover has a white sticker with W in circle. Not sure if this is anything special but pointing it out.
Spine is labeled "ELEKTRA 5E-546 Stereo RIOT FIRE DOWN BELOW" which common mislabeling as title on cover is "FIRE DOWN UNDER" Printed in U.S.A.
Vinyl is completely mint condition. Not even a tiny scratch anywhere. Cover is also in really beautiful condition with great vivid color saturation and sharp graphics.
International bidders welcome. Cheers and Good Luck bidding.
