ROBERT HALL CLOTHING STORE -- "Values Go Up - Jazz March" Radio Jingle -- ex. rare, original 1969 12" E.P. Wicked rare and very groovy Promo-only Radio Jingle for late, great Robert Hall Clothing Stores featuring their famous "When the values go up, up, up ... And the prices go down, down, down!" jingle delivered in late 1960's Mod-Pop style with a female Free Design/Up With People-style singer and marching band brass in the background. "Values Go Up" was one of the most famous commercial jingles of its era and was virtually synonymous with Robert Hall, a famed retailer in the New York and L.A. areas that pioneered the big-box, discount retail style (and sadly went out of business in the mid-1970's.) This features 4 identical takes of the same jingle with song only, and 4 identical takes with song and radio announcer voice-over, and was only released to Radio stations for on-air play; these were never sold commercially in stores and copies are extremely difficult to come by.
