There’s not much you can say about this set, except that if you consider yourself a true blues fan, then you have to purchase this. Recorded in a span of only eight months (November 1936-June 1937), Johnson left behind a musical legacy that continues to influence and inspire.

This collection features tracks like ‘Sweet Home Chicago’, ‘Love In Vain’ and ‘Hellhound On My Trail’, which are now considered Blues standards as well as alternate takes.

3 LP’s in high quality card box including a detailed track booklet and GIANT poster!

Also included free as a bonus is the Blues ep featuring Johnson along with LEadbelly, son house, and kokomo Arnold. This E.P. Is exclusive to redbelly records and is a limited edition of 250.
