From 1975, out of the Southern states, comes Rod Abernethy with his LP Solo on Avanti Records AV-12-001 private press. It is a folk psych record with Rod Abernethy doing most of the vocals and instruments, with the addition of a few friends who play bass, drums, and flute. It is probably from the North Carolina area, as Don Dixon plays bass and also produced the album. Most of the LP is acoustic folk psych, but there is one standout song with great electric guitar work titlled Standing One Of Three. Recommended album and one that is mentioned in the Acid Archives Book.

Perfunctory high spot wear front and rear cover. No other visible flaws.

Cover is better than VG+ but not VG++, slight spindle mark on label, record is MINT MINUS!!!
