ROD STEWART: AN OLD RAINCOAT WON’T EVER LET YOU DOWN
Superb 1st pressing copy on the Vertigo Swirl label in superb condition throughout

GRADING
SLEEVE: EX+
Sleeve is near perfect. The sleeve would grade as NM if not for a single 2cm patch of wear to the spine. The only other fault is that the previous owner has written there name in small neat script to the inside of the gatefold. The sleeve is unbelievably clean and sharp with no indentations and no fading or scuffing.
RECORD: EX
One or two very light sleeve removal marks can be seen under bright light. There are, of course, no feelable marks or scratches. The record sounds superb in its entirety with one or two very light crackles. Genuinely superb!
The above record grading is based on Record Collector magazine system:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
