Description
Hello and thanks for looking.
Over the next few months I have decided to sell my lifetime record collection. These records have never been up for sale before and many are rare. I have some really nice examples of some very wanted items.
I am going to list records most days from now on.
I use the record collector grading system of Bad / Poor / Good (G) / Very Good / Excellent / Mint.
I also use a + or a - for grades that I consider slightly better or worse.
A VG disc on this site will not be is nasty condition like many sellers.
I never ship records inside the picture covers!
All records are sent out in PVC covers.
ROD STEWART.
GASOLINE ALLEY.
ORIGINAL 1970 VERTIGO SWIRL (6360 500) STEREO LP.
This is the original issue with textured cover and large swirl on the side 2 label.
Please read all below carefully, this is priced fairly as the disc is far from perfect!
The good news is the textured cover is in wonderful shape as it was stored in a PVC cover since new. The textured cover is extremely rare to fine in this condition. If you have a top condition disc with a tatty cover this would be a prefect solution if you wanted to upgrade.
The Cover / EX++ / This cover is in better than EX shape, this is a real stunning example of this textured cover, you will be lucky to find a better example.
The Record / VG Minus (VG-) / The record has a couple of fine marks that cause some ticks on track 1 side 2. The marks are on the quite parts so the ticks do notice. The disc has also has some sweat marks (a common problem) that is caused by the inner cover + some other light surface wear. The disc still has its original gloss, VG- is a strict grade.
The Labels / EX.
The Inner/ VG / The record has now been placed in a new inner to save the original, you will get 2 inner covers with this sale.
Thanks for looking, this will have to be posted via registered mail.
