We do not refund or exchange if you simply change your mind. We will only exchange/refund if there is a fault with the item that was not mentioned in the listing, or shown in the photographs with in 30 days from delivery. If an item is being sold 'as-is' or "fauly" there are no exchanges or refunds available.

- Payment within 4 days of auction end. Parcels posted within 4 days of payment.

- Items are professionally packaged with quality materials. We use biodegradable bubble wrap and recycled materials wherever possible. Occasionally items will not be sent in their original box.
- All items over $100 will be sent with transit insruance, if the item arrives damaged it is important to contact us immediately.
- Items are sent to address given on check out, so please make sure details are up to date as we are not responsible for items sent to a different address.
- We are happy to combine auction orders. Please request for your orders to be combined before paying for them.
