Description

Auction is for a RARE ORIGINAL CANADIAN-ONLY PRESSING of ROGER RODIER'S "UPON VELVEATUR" LP from 1972 on Columbia Records (Cat. #ES-90095). A record that hardly requires any introduction whatsoever, this Canadian folk psych gem is truly one that seems to appeal to everyone... and it's certainly no wonder why as this is top-of-the-heap stuff! Second pressing from within a year or so of the first issue but still easily as rare, it unfortunately doesn't include the insert/booklet. Is a former radio station copy so cover has catalogue stickers on front and back (see both photos) as well as some light ringwear. Vinyl has a couple very light superficial scuffs that are only visible under bright light and even then just barely. Conservative grading that will please the most discerning collector, just shy of perfect... Beautiful copy!

Condition of the Cover/Vinyl is VG+/VG++ / EX.
