I also use a + or a - for grades that I consider slightly better or worse.
All records are sent out in plastic covers.

The Record - Good+ condition. A fair amount of light surfcae marks. The disc plays ok with some surface sound under the music. The play grade is better than the G+ strict visual grade!!!!
The Labels / VG+ condition
The Cover / White paper cover in strong shape.
