Description

Delve into the haunting melodies of Roland Kirk with "The Inflated Tear" on vinyl LP, a seminal piece from the iconic jazz musician's discography. With SC 1502 on the cover and SD 1502 on the record labels this helps to identify that it is not a first pressing. It does state that it is a CSG Stereo NEW PROCESS COMPATIBLE on front label. It does have the letters PR included in the etched matrix to help determine the exact pressing. There is some slight static crackle throughout with maybe a couple of pops but there are absolutely no skips!!! This pressing is not as loud as an original pressing but also not as expensive!


The record spins at 33 RPM, delivering the full depth of Kirk's musical genius. The album features the artist's distinctive saxophone play that has been praised for its emotional depth and technical brilliance.
