ROLLING STONES - THE ROLLING STONES (THEIR RAREST ALBUM, THE ORIGINAL UK PRESSING WITH -1/-1 MATRIX NUMBERS, PLAYING THE SHORT VERSION OF “TELL ME”, WHEN THIS WAS FIRST PRESSED THEY USED THE WRONG MASTERS AND IT WAS HASTILY WITHDRAWN TO BE REPRESSED USING THE CORRECT MASTERS WITH -2 OR LATER MATRIX NUMBERS WHICH PLAYS A MUCH LONGER VERSION OF THE TRACK. THESE ORIGINAL PRESSING ARE HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER. I HAVE BEEN DEALING IN RARE RECORDS FOR 25 YEARS AND IT’S THE 1ST COPY I HAVE FOUND - SHOULD TELL YOU HOW SCARCE THIS ITEM ACTUALLY IS. THE EXTRA BONUS IS THAT IT’S IN REALLY NICE CONDITION, THESE 1ST ALBUMS ARE USUALLY TRASHED BUT THIS IS IN SUPER SHAPE. THE COVER JUST HAS A SMALL STAIN TO THE REAR OTHERWISE NEAR MINT WITH NO CREASES BENDS WRITING TEARS ETC, THE LABELS HAVE A FEW SPINDLE MARKS INDICATING LIGHT USE ONLY, THE VINYL IS NEAR MINT WITH NO SCRATCHES OR MARKS AND PLAYS M- 100%, MATRIX NUMBERS -1/-1, STAMPERS A - 2D UD KT, B - 1 H (?) KT. THE NICEST ORIGINAL WITHDRAWN VERSION TO HAVE COME UP FOR SALE IN YEARS.

PLAY GRADING
Most albums are cleaned on a professional VPI 16.5 record cleaning machine to remove any debris hidden in the grooves (This is done purely by suction and not with any “surface treatments”). Then they are play graded on a Michel Gyrodeck with top quality Ortofon Moving coil cartridge.
All items are fully guaranteed to your satisfaction.
 
PACKAGING
When posted the records are removed from the covers and placed in a PVC outer protective sleeve to stop sleeve splits in the post. We use brand new top quality cruciform mailers style that wrap around the LP. We do sometimes recycle packaging (old hippies you see) but only where they are of good enough quality to meet our own exacting standards.

Insurance can be added for £5 if you wish.
