I will declare a lower amount on the customs form for all countries so as to avoid/decrease high import charges.  However, in the case of the EU all purchases are subject to VAT which eBay collect at point of sale. No shipping to Russia currently.

The Rolling Stones : A Bigger Bang A2 / B1 / C1 D1 1st Press 2005 2LP

This first pressing plays with stunning quality across four sides and is easily the finest example I have ever listened to.  I suspect this album had never been played prior to my play-testing such is the sonic quality on offer here.  The clarity, depth and power of the audio is phenomenal and the only background is one minor static sound on 'This Place Is Empty' which does not even last for half a second!  This has been so well preserved and it's hard to believe it's fast approaching 20 years of age.

The gatefold has been looked after just as well and is practically 'as new'.  You would not be disappointed if you had just purchased it 'new' from a record shop, it is stunning.  The lyric inners are in great condition with only minimal wear on the first one.

Visual description

The vinyls are in lovely condition and still have an immaculate jet-black glossy sheen with no marks or scratches, they look brand new really!  Under a bright light I can only find a couple of small ultra faint hairlines on each.  The labels are in perfect condition with no marking or spindle wear.

Play grading

'Rough Justice' rocks out loud and powerfully with no background of any kind.  Superb deep, rich Mint audio from start to finish with not even a dust tick on the fade out.

'Let Me Down Slow' and 'It Won't Take Long' both play to the same high end standard.  I suspect the heavyweight vinyl helps but the sonic quality is stunning here.  Exceptional power and definition with a clarity to match.  Mint

'Rain Fall Down' ends the side with sublime quality once more.  You really notice the depth of Jones' bass on this track, great sound.  Mint

----------------------------------------------------------

The quiet intro and opening vocal on 'Streets Of Love' play with stunning clarity and warmth and the first chorus is just as strong.  It continues in the same way with perfect audio through every vocal and instrumental section.  Mint

The bluesy intro on 'Back Of My Hand' is flawless and that applies to the rest of the track.  Not a loud track so if there was any background you would hear it.  There isn't any!  And Mint is again deserved.

'She Saw Me Coming' is a powerful track and yet there is no distortion and it plays with the depth that is synonymous with this album.  Mint

This may be getting repetitive (!) but 'Biggest Mistake' plays with real quality with no sign of any interference.  Genuine warmth and depth and no inner groove distortion.  Mint all the way.

----------------------------------------------------------

The quiet piano intro on 'This Place Is Empty' has no background and the opening vocal has just one static scratchy sound for not even half a second!  From then on it plays so clearly with only a handful of very quiet statics right at the end.  Near Mint is a fair assessment of the audio here.

'Oh No, Not You Again', probably the most powerful track on the album, plays with unbelievable quality with no interference at all.  Loud and with stunning definition it is Mint in every way.

'Dangerous Beauty' and 'Laugh, I Nearly Died' complete the side with impeccable quality, there is no interference, not even a light tick.  This is audio of the highest calibre and both deserve a Mint grade.

----------------------------------------------------------

'Sweet Neo Con' plays perfectly with that full deep powerful audio that we have come to expect now and the other three tracks on the side 'Look What The Cat Dragged In', 'Driving Too Fast' and 'Infamy' play with real quality with no sign of any intrusion.  Little more needs to be said, they all grade as Mint

The Gatefold & Lyric Inners

The cover is stunning and has clearly hardly ever been handled.  Many would say perfect I am sure but there is just one tiny crease in the bottom right corner, but that's just me being very picky!  As stated it has retained all of its original shape with a super wide spine and no marking or creasing at all.  A superb example.

The two lyric inners are in great condition with just one minor corner crease on each and a couple of small edge rubs on the first one.

Postage & Packaging

I will only send items items worldwide via tracked shipping.  This provides 'peace of mind' in case of loss or damage.  The shipping costs are shown below and combined shipping is always offered.  Any over-payment will always be refunded.

The Royal Mail only insure up to a value of £250 so if an item sells for more it may be wise to use a courier service (e.g. Parcelforce or DPD).  An extra insurance premium will be required but I will not know the exact amount until the final sale price is known.  Because of this I will sometimes have to estimate the cost and this will be shown in the listing.  Please wait for the invoice before making payment and if you have any questions please feel free to ask.  Many thanks.

All vinyls are packaged in strong over-sized custom made mailers with plenty of extra cardboard protection.  They are placed inside separate poly-lined inners outside the cover so as to avoid seam splits in transit and then placed inside a PVC sleeve to provide even more protection.  I pride myself on my high quality packaging as my feed confirms and if any customer has any specific requirements I am more than happy to help.

The mailers I use cost £1.00 each and I will use anything between 3-5 cardboard stiffeners which cost approx £0.18 each.  There is also the cost of the poly-lined inner and PVC sleeve to consider, it all adds up!  Not forgetting that eBay take 10% of the shipping fee also!!
