Sleeve = EX (Worthy of a very grading, they do not come much better than this, just couple of very light creases on laminate, other than that it is superb)

Vinyl = EX (Couple of spindle traces which indicate just the very lightest of use, and some very light paper marks that only show under light)

You will do well to find a much better one!
