This is the UK Original of 'Aftermath' by The Rolling Stones. This press is complete with the earliest grooved red Unboxed Decca label, the original polylined inner sleeve and the Robert Stace laminated sleeve.
The record is in Very Good++ condition. The vinyl has a the most wonderful high gloss, with just one small mark on side 1 and just a few very light marks on both sides. There is no whitening or wear to the grooves at all. The record starts with a little noise but the sound soon becomes clear, rich and vibrant. There are a few more brief moments of background noise but these are insignificant, it sounds great. The grooved Unboxed Decca label has retained its deep red colour, the silver text is sharp and there is only the slightest spindle wear.
The original laminated Robert Stace sleeve is in Excellent condition. The colour is bold, the white is bright and the laminate has a sensational bright shine. The sleeve is completely flat and the edges are firm, there is just a little wear to the opening edge. The back is still bright with just a little ring wear. The whole sleeve is solid and the earliest pinched spine is firm with clear text.
