Blue and silver labels with a boxed Decca logo.
Full Frequency Stereophonic Sound.
No parentheses on label matrices.
"℗ 1966" printed above label matrices on right-hand side.
M.C.P.S. printed above BIEM NCB.
The back cover shows the caption ''STEREO SKL 4786'' from the middle of the right hand side column and the wording 'stereo' in all-caps and a large font.

Runout inscriptions are stamped, with last two sets of character/s being rotated by 90°, e.g. variant 3, side A/B: AH 1B/AM 1B.

Different variations on DECCA inner sleeve exist. For example, one is: Made in England R.S. 2-78 (printed on Decca inner paper sleeve). Other one is: Made in Great Britain DRG logo 8/78 U.K. Patent No. 1,072,844 printed at the bottom of one of the sides. 
There might be further ones in existence as well.
