  ROLLING STONES

BIG HITS [HIGH TIDE & GREEN GRASS]

1966 uk Unboxed DECCA Mono - TXL 101. NM. Superb complete original uk first Mono pressing, with the vinyl in brilliant barely played near mint condition, and the gatefold sleeve with stapled booklet in excellent condition. ?

The first press vinyl is of nice thick quality and it sits nice and flat on the turntable. Both sides are super clean with no noticeable surface marks, scuffs or scratches, this album shows barely any signs of play at all, and so both sides play and sound excellent throughout with no loud clicks or pops or annoying loud crackle, in fact there is barely any background crackle to be heard, just tiny amounts of extremely light static between a few tracks, absolutely nothing loud or serious at all.

The unboxed grooved mono Decca labels are excellent and clean with no faults, just a few short light spindle trace per side.

The 'Robert Stace' front back laminated gatefold sleeve with stapled inside booklet is also in really great condition. The lamination is excellent with a nice high gloss finish, there are no unsightly lines or creases, in the front top left corner there a tiny sticker has been removed, but this really is barely even noticeable. The inside with stapled booklet is in excellent condition. The spine has all text bold and clear and easy to read, the edges and spine have only very small signs of storage & wear. The original poly-lined inner is excellent and clean with no splits. This is just a brilliant original first pressing that would be hard to beat.  All pictures are of the actual item for sale.
