Description

This is an original 1969 vinyl LP of the Rolling Stones' Let It Bleed, featuring the iconic hits "Gimme Shelter" and "You Can't Always Get What You Want." The record label is Decca and the sleeve is a cardboard sleeve with the original cover. The vinyl matrix number is SKL5025 and it is a black 12" LP with stereo audio channels.


The LP is in fair (F) condition both for the vinyl and the sleeve grading. This piece of music history is a must-have for any rock fan and is a great addition to any vinyl record collection.


Side 1:

Age crackle and pop between tracks but no jumps or scratches. Plays well.


Side 2:

Track 1, 'midnight rambler', about 45 seconds in, jumps a number of times for about a minute. Halfway through this track there a number of pops.

Going into track 3 there are a few pops and one or two later on this track.

General age crackle, from time to time in the quiet bits on Side 2. But nothing too bad to spoil the listening of this excellent recording by The Stones.


The vinyl marks aren't really as bad when playing. But the record is priced accordingly. As mentioned, the worst is side 2, track 1 with the jumps over about a minute. But otherwise both sides play well considering it's 55 years old.
