DECCA - SKL 5025 - 1969 - UK 1ST PRESS 4W/4W MATRIX
Original 1969 UK stereo issue of this classic album in fantastic condition.
1st UK pressing on the unboxed blue Decca labels complete with 1st issue stickered laminated sleeve, original inner, fold-out poster and rare promotional catalogue booklet.

CONDITION (vinyl/cover)
EX+ (a beautiful copy with light use only and superb sound; when closely studied under strong angled lamplight the disc surfaces are glossy and clean and show just the odd faint sleeve mark - there are no significant marks or scratches; both labels are bright and unworn and have only a few spindlemarks around the centre hole; the record sits completely flat on the turntable; I listened to the album in full and can confirm it sounds as good as it looks with clean, clear, near perfect audio - the only surface noise worth noting was a couple of pops in 'You Got The Silver')
/ EX+ (1st issue front-laminated gatefold sleeve with original poster sticker and mono/stereo indicator hole on the rear; this is a fantastic example with just some light storagewear/discolouration to the rear opening edge, otherwise it grades NEAR MINT with a solid shape, bright uncreased laminate and sharp unworn edges; there's no significant creasing, no splits, no writing, no tears - see photos)
Inner sleeve VG (some creasing and a ring stain but no splits, tears or writing)
Fold-out poster EX+ (unused; flat, bright & uncreased with just a light diagonal crease in the bottom right panel)
12-page catalogue booklet VG (some mild age-staining to the exterior and most pages have small dog-ears/light creases; no loose pages, no writing, no tears)
