Title: “12 X 5”
Label: LONDON ~ LL.3402. Label is red with silver text, with “ffrr” logo. Monaural pressing on medium weight vinyl. Made in U.K.
Matrix numbers:
Side 1: 2A
Side 2: 2A
Year: 1964.
Condition:
DISC: Vinyl is EXCELLENT with full original gloss. Has been played a small number of times and handled with care. There are a couple slight surface scuffs that do not sound, but no serious or audible marks or distractions. Plays beautifully with superb fidelity. Labels are clean. This hard-to-find LP is one that you will never need to upgrade.
JACKET: Non-laminated jacket is EXCELLENT with nice bright artwork. Panels have only few very slight traces of ring wear just starting to appear – unusally nice for this non-laminated original jacket . Some noticeable dots of surface wear are beginning to appear on the white reverse. Otherwise clean, with no writing, stickers, stains, or cutout markings. Seams, spine, and surfaces are excellent. Overall a superb jacket to accompany the scarce “ffrr” label original pressing.
Reverse has misspelling typo “Congradulations” on song title!

Review:
“The evolution from blues to rock accelerated with the Rolling Stones' second American LP. They turned soul into guitar rock for the hits "It's All Over Now" and "Time Is on My Side" (the latter of which was their first American Top Ten single). "2120 South Michigan Avenue" is a great instrumental blues-rock jam; "Around and Around" is one of their best Chuck Berry covers; and "If You Need Me" reflects an increasing contemporary soul influence. On the other hand, the group originals (except for the propulsive "Empty Heart") are weak and derivative, indicating that the band still had a way to go before it could truly challenge the Beatles' throne.”
