ROLLING STONES No. 2 Original 1964 UK DECCA
RARE!! Original First Issue FIRST PRESSING!! MONO!!
Up for auction is this superb 2nd Stones album. It has its First Issue flip back outer cover, FIRST PRESSING!! If you are a Stones fan then this is for you. Most that you see are usually beyond redemption. This example is by far a better example than the usual rubbish that tends to be offered these days.
COVER: Original flip back FIRST ISSUE. Lovely glossy front with only very minimal laminate wrinkle. All the laminate otherwise is totally intact with no lifting and displays a lovely rich gloss. Reverse has seen the bottom flip re-stuck down at right, but is otherwise complete and very good indeed with no writing or tears or any other nasties.
VINYL: Super high gloss vinyl with no signs of stylus wear or scuffs. Lies perfectly flat with no warps or whitening of the grooves. Looks like it might have seen a bit of heat, but be assured there are no skips, jumps or pops and plays through all tracks.
AUDIO: Stunning early Sixties MONO sounds. Just maybe a slight crackle, but nothing to get concerned about. This is the STONES’ sounds at their thumping very best.

LABELS: Impeccable open DECCA red labels with virtually no traces of spindle wear. No writing or any other type of defacing. Beautiful!!
