On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Rolling Stones called "Rolling Stones No 2" and is an ORIGINAL 1965 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press UNBOXED 'Grooved' Decca label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! IT IS ONE OF THE ROLLING STONES RAREST LPs EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!! JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs ON THE DECCA LABEL - AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!! BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL - IS THAT IT IS AN EARLY 1ST PRESSING.
1) THE COVER BACK HAS THE BANNED 'BLIND MAN' TEXT ON THE REVERSE OF THE COVER.
2) THE RECORD HAS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 1A/1A MATRIXES
3) THE RECORD HAS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'TYPE 1' LABELS - WITH SMALLER PRINT & 'MADE IN ENGLAND' AT THE TOP OF EACH LABEL (LATER CHANGED!).
THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1965 UK MONO EARLY 1ST PRESSING ON THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS UNBOXED 'GROOVED' DECCA LABEL, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 1A/1A MONO MATRIX ENDINGS, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'HANDLING/PLAYING' INNER SLEEVE, AND WITH WITHDRAWN BLIND MAN CREDIT - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is an ORIGINAL Decca UK 1st Pressing from 1965 and is in Superb condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is LK 4661 on the ORIGINAL UNBOXED 'Grooved' 1st Press Decca Label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!!
The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a few VERY light spindle marks!!! The vinyl is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has only one visible scratch, only 2 or 3 MEGA light hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! IT'S AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOKS SUPERB!!!! It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!! It plays with NO skips, only a few clicks through the scratch on the first 2 tracks on side 2, NO jumps, NO sticks, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!! The record must grade Very Good+. A BRILLIANT RECORD!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL POLY lined Handling/Playing inner sleeve which is in Excellent condition (lightly creased). The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'James Upton' Laminated MONO Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has only light edge wear, very light spinal wear, the spine is clearly readable. NO rips, NO tears, only a VERY few light creases, VERY shiny laminate, NO splits, NO annotations, and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!! Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in lovely condition with only light age browning, NO sticker marks, NO sticker tears. NO ringwear, NO rubbing and NO writing!!!! The cover must grade Very Good+ if not better!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
