ROLLING STONES STICKY FINGERS 1971 ATCO 1st Press Warhol Cover EX COC59100
Description
Sticky Fingers stands as one of the most important albums in the Rolling Stones’ catalog and a defining statement of early-1970s rock. It introduced the band’s own Rolling Stones Records imprint, captured their post-Altamont grit, and produced enduring tracks including “Brown Sugar,” “Wild Horses,” and “Can’t You Hear Me Knocking.” The record marks a pivot into a darker, heavier, fully realized Stones identity.
This copy features the iconic Andy Warhol–designed working zipper cover, one of the most recognizable and collectible album jackets ever produced. The Warhol credit and stamp beneath the zipper are present, confirming the original concept packaging that was later discontinued due to manufacturing cost and damage issues. Complete with original tongue logo inner sleeve.
