VINYL - EXCELLENT PLUS condition.

This is an Exceptional copy of Sticky Fingers. The vinyl is extra thick, with a few light hairlines only. Hardly any marks AT ALL, and none of the zip indentations that these vinyls usually have, it plays through with great sound and minimum noise between the tracks. NO scratches, NO chips or scuff marks.

AUDIO QUALITY - EXCELLENT PLUS

Album Played For Grading: Yes – brilliant!- This great record plays up to the high visual grading. Strong, undistorted sound with a few light pops and clicks. channels are clean and unstressed and there is no evidence of any groove-wear whatsoever.

LABELS - Nr MINT . Splendid deeply coloured attractive examples. Minimal spindle traces, and minimal wear around the hole areas, with the ink uneroded and fully intact, this also still fits very tightly around the record spindle.

COVER - EXCELLENT

Comes with original ANDY WARHOL sleeve, on the whole in EXCELLENT condition. This is a solid example of the brilliant Sticky Fingers cover, designed by Andy Warhol. Being mat thick unlaminated card with the famous belt buckle design, these covers rarely fared well, usually having heavy ring wear and tears, with the belt buckle being ripped off and a lot of yellowing to the background. Not this one! It has no tears or splits, again very hard to find. It has some rubbing at the edges and the spine, but the spine text is totally intact. The buckle is fully intact, as is the top section, with NO wear. The cover has no ring wear on the rear but does show some signs of yellowing around the edges. The top edge is square and un frayed, almost un heard of with these covers. A solid original first press example and very rare in this condition

INNER - EXCELLENT minus condition. Comes with original poly lined inner sleeve, in great condition slightly yellow with age

MY RECORD GRADING SYSTEM IS AS FOLLOWS - (BASED ON RECORD COLLECTOR MAGAZINE U.K. )

MINT: Virtually unplayed. The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover is pristine.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

V.G PLUS: The record will still be nice and shiny, but may have a few light marks, and will play well. Slight wear and tear on the cover.

V.G: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, etc.

FAIR: Fair. It is noticeable that the record has been played so much that the sound quality has deteriorated very noticeably. The cover and contents are showing signs of folding, scuffing of edges etc.
