ROLLING STONES STICKY FINGERS

Issue : UK 1st COMPLETE Press
This is the UK 1st Press of 'Sticky Fingers' by The Rolling Stones. This earliest press has the scarce A4//B4 matrix, the heavy original 70's vinyl and the original plain inner sleeve. The vinyl is complete with the insert and the 1st press zip Andy Warhol sleeve.
The vinyl is in Very Good condition. Both sides have a superb gloss, there are just a few little marks on Side 2, tracks 3 and 4. These must have been caused by the record resting up against the zip at some point. The original yellow grooved Rolling Stones labels are exceptionally bright and completely clean. The colour is solid and unworn, the text is sharp and there is no spindle wear.
The insert is in Excellent condition, extremely clean, firm and bright.
The sound quality is Very Good. The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and the majority of the album sounds superb, rich and vibrant. The marks do make some pops on tracks 3 and 4, otherwise it plays through exceptionally well.
The sleeve is in Excellent condition. The image is exeptionally sharp, the text is clear and the edges are extremely firm. The zip is in perfect condition, it is superb. There are a couple of light folds on the top edge and the slightest corner wear, but these are pretty insignificant, the sleeve is in fantastic condition.
