The Rolling Stones beat us Black And Blue with their 14th studio album; notably the first to include former Jeff Beck bassist Ronnie Wood as full member. A fugitive release full of influences from funk to blues to Caribbean and Latin music, it popped and burst with controversy, not least for its core caustic, some said culturally insensitive 'Hey Negrita'. This super deluxe quintuple LP and Blu-ray set revisits the era with a new Steven Wilson remix, unreleased outtakes, and live recordings from the 1976 Earls Court shows, plus a previously unseen Paris TV performance in Dolby Atmos. The set also includes a 100-page hardcover book with a new essay by Paul Sexton and an interview with Wood, alongside a Paris show poster, offering a comprehensive look at one of the Stones' most underrated periods.
