Description
What I’m offering is a UK PRESSING of the LP by The Rolling Stones titled Their Satanic Majesties Request, complete with 3D cover, stereo, issued on Decca TXS.103 in 1967. This is an ORIGINAL pressing and NOT a reissue of any kind.
The matrix numbers in the trail-off area are T2-4K on the A side and T2-4K on the B side.
The grading on the LP is VG+ cover, EX record.
The cover has a small amount of lamination separation on the front at the spine, a few scratches and a moderate amount of wear on the 3-D plate on the front (see close up scan of plate). Also, the glue has dried on the back cover, which has caused the back cover to separate slightly at the top. There is a small price sticker in the top right corner on the front cover (see scan).
The record, which comes in its original custom psychedelic inner sleeve, has FFSS (full frequency stereophonic sound) labels. The record has a surface mark/ scratch on side two song one that is totally inaudible and does not affect its play, and a small mark/ scratch at the end of side two song two that clicks lightly three times.
This is a nice copy of a very underrated Stones LP.
The custom inner sleeve is in EX condition with a small ½ inch split on one side. To protect against any further splitting to the custom inner sleeve, I will ship the LP in a plain white inner sleeve and not the custom inner sleeve.
