 ROLLING STONES THROUGH THE PAST DARKLY

This is a UK boxed Decca press of Through the Past Darkly by the Rolling Stones. This press is complete with the P-1W/P-2W Decca labels and laminated Garrod & Lofthouse die-cut sleeve.


The record is in Very Good+ condition. The vinyl has a stunning bright gloss, every track looks clear with no whitening or significant marks at all. There are just a couple of very light marks on both sides. The blue Decca label is still a deep blue, the silver text is very sharp and unworn and there is just slight spindle wear. 


The vinyl is complete with the original die-cut inner sleeve. It is in rare Excellent condition.


On playing the sound is rich and clear, there are moments of light background crackle and moments of noise but none so strong as to spoil the enjoyment of the album at any point. It still has superb separation throughout.


The Garrod & Lofthouse laminated die-cut sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. The image is exceptionally bold and the text is clear. The colours are solid and the laminate has a superb mirrored shine. There is very slight edge wear. The back cover is superb and stereo/mono hole is complete and the image is perfect.  The spine has slight laminate wear but is still firm with clear text and the whole cover still feels solid.
