Description
This is the original UK LP by The ROLLING STONES, BIG HITS (HIGH TIDE AND GREEN GRASS) RARE STEREO 1969 Pressing on the UNBOXED wide band non-grooved DECCA label TXS 101.
The laminated gatefold cover with stapled in six page booklet and on the back (top right hand corner) has the round hole. Red for Mono, Blue for Stereo. The 1966 1st issue did not have this. Dating this cover to 1969
The labels are clearly a 1969 design, not grooved, the copyright box BIEM and NCB on the same line.
Font is Ariel looking font style

The side number is on the left side of the spindle hole on each side
The labels have the matrix number above the catalogue number turned the right way, not upside down
The original 1969 Decca inner sleeve is another big giveaway to its year, dated on the front bottom right hand side '10 / 69' - October 1969.
Matrix numbers are:- Side 1:- XZAL-7503-3W, Side 2:- XZAL-7504-3W
Stamper Codes are:- Side 1:- 1 / UU, Side 2:- 1 / UM
The original 1969 2nd issue Robert Stace gatefold cover with stapled in six page booklet is in EX+++ condition. The laminated outside is lovely and clean and fresh, maintaining all it's original glossy vibrant rich colour. Inside is clean, the pages have no rips, no tears, staples are clean. Their is No unwanted writing. The spine is fully intact, broad and perfectly readable.
The vinyl is in EX+++ / MINT- condition!. The vinyl plays MINT- !.
The whole album plays beautifully!!, with sublime depth, displaying rich tone and depth!. Superb Stereo quality! an amazing sound, STUNNING!
THIS IS A OUTSTANDING, JAW DROPPING VINYL TO PLAY, CRYSTAL CLEAR, SHARP POWERFUL STEREO!, NOT re-processed Stereo.

The green with silver print Unboxed non-grooved DECCA labels are MINT- condition, lovely and clean, no unwanted writing, no wear to the centre spindle hole.
The vinyl is housed in its white with blue Stereo polythene lined 1969 DECCA inner sleeve and is in EX condition,. Dated '10 / 69', (October 1969) light wear but their is no unwanted writing, no seam splits.
