Description
This is a good copy of The Rolling Stones' 1978 hit LP "Some Girls", with the complete cover that was later withdrawn and rereleased with some photos removed, THIS IS COMPLETE. Some girls didn't like their photos on the cover, Lucille Ball, Raquel Welch, Farrah Fawcett, and the estate of Marilyn Monroe and Judy Garland, filed suit for using their likenesses without permission, which was resolved by removing the faces of all celebrities (except The Beatles George Harrison lol) and inserting things like a "cover under construction" sign, "pardon our appearance", etc. The cover on this copy is in VG+ shape, with a bit of bending on the front, and very minor shelf or ring wear, otherwise, none of the die cut holes are damaged, it has a legible spine, good corners, and no splitting, though the picture sleeve holding the record has become to some degree unglued, not torn. The record does have a few very light marks that do not cause skipping or other bad or irritating issues. Good clean vinyl, a STERLING MASTER copy for greater clarity, please, SEE ALL PHOTOS BEFORE BIDDING OR BUYING. This has been play tested. :) We've just re-opened our store after almost a year of recovering from 5 surgeries, and moving to Oregon, where all profits from sales here will go to opening up a Used / New record store, so thanks to all purchases for helping bring our baby to life, its a dream come true. Because of my now disabilities, I'm not able to post often, but we'll be back up to our usual 4-500 listings eventually, lol. We rolled with a 100% feedback score when we had our store (TuesdayAfternoonVinyl) open, and we plan to keep our customers satisfied. We'll mail Media Mail because its cheap, which allows us to offer FREE SHIPPING with all vinyl, and we mail carefully, with official LP mailers, the record outside the cover. With SEALED VINYL, please understand that we will only accept returns if the LP is still sealed. If you are concerned about the condition, warped or broken or whatever, we can open it for you before mailing it, and if anything is wrong, we'll notify you and you can decide how to proceed. In the case of a warp etc, we will refund you completely, but only if we open it and see the issue before it mails. This is for our financial protection as well as yours. If you have any questions, please let us know. To all our regulars, its glad to back and we look forward to hearing from you. If you ever see wrong information in our listings, let us know, we love the trivia and strive to be accurate. Thanks everybody!
