Description

HMV JB 91

Artist: Fanica Luca with the Orchestra Fanica Bambacea
Tracks: Sabarelul / Aoleu Lelita Floare

Interesting pairing by Luca (1894-1968), who was normally a virtuoso panpipe player - but in this track he sings, and his voice is uniquely warbly and kind of raw. Excellent backup band with prominent fiddle and piano. Probably late 40s or so...

Condition: E- (bit grainy, several light marks)
