Ronnie Spector - 'Try Some, Buy Some / Tandoori Chicken'. Apple 33

Ronnie Spector 1971 UK 1st Apple FACTORY SAMPLE DEMO pressing of the 'Try Some, Buy Some / Tandoori Chicken' 7" single. Released on the 16th April 1971, and complete with the rare UK PICTURE COVER AND PROMOTIONAL ‘A IS FOR APPLE RECORDS’ STICKER.

These initial early factory sample pressings would have usually been given out to reviewers, radio stations or used as quality control within the pressing plant. Both tracks here were written and produced by George Harrison. The vinyl is housed within the original UK Apple picture sleeve which are quite hard to find alone. A wonderful example of this rare Apple demo.

The Matrix numbers are:

Side 1. APPLE 33 A-1U 1 M KT

Side 2. APPLE 33 B-1U 1 G KT

The vinyl is in VERY GOOD+ condition on the a-side and EXCELLENT- condition on the b-side.

Both labels are in MINT- condition.

The sleeve is in VERY GOOD- condition.

The sticker is in EXCELLENT+ condition. UNUSED.
