Note:  Not a reissue or bootleg.....this a guaranteed original pressing

Obscure and almost forgotten band from Brentwood Ontario (Canada) who's 3 albums released in the 70's went almost unnoticed by the general public.

"Hooked On A Rose", their hard-to-find debut LP was recorded in Toronto and privately released on the tiny G.A.S Records label (the 2nd of just 3 releases by Gas Records.....along with "Time" by Abraham's Children and "Bit of Both" by David George, all in 1973).

"Hooked On A Rose" sees the band starting out as an essentially  blues-rock outfit, but with furays into light popsike, prog-friendly rock and folksy ballads.    Their subsequent LPs evolved into crossover Prog and Arena Rock.
