Proper UK Original First Pressings of this LP just never turn up... until now!

This is the first pressing of this classic LP, with no 'EMI' logos on the labels, with the 'Gramophone Co. Ltd' label text and with the ''H. Ash'' credits.
 Some later pressings also have the ''H. Ash'' credits but the genuine first pressings are the ones without the EMI logos.

Based on spindle and light surface marks I would say probably 5+ Plays!
Plays very well indeed just a very slight amount of crackle.
This is the only Truely Original 1ST PRESSING copy of this LP I've ever seen.
For some reason 1st Pressings of this LP just don't turn up so this might be the only chance you get! 
LP IS GRADED EXCELLENT++++

ORIGINAL 1ST ISSUE ''ERNEST J DAY'' LAMINATED GATEFOLD COVER
The original sleeve is also different from all subsequent re-releases and later pressings (I didn't know this until I eventually found a copy of this elusive beast!). On the original UK sleeve you get more of the cover photo than subsequent pressings. You can see all of Roy's cap and the top part of the cushion in the original sleeve. In all later sleeves, the cover image crops the top part of Roy's cap out of the picture. There is also more of the 'feet end' of the picture present in the original, first issue sleeve.
