Description

RUB014 HEDGEHOG PIE Green Lady 1975 UK PSYCH FOLK

LABEL RUBBER RECORDS

SERIAL RUB 014

YEAR 1975

UK GATEFOLD LP

PLAIN WHITE INNER SLEEVE

Review A scarce a UK psychedelic folk LP as cool as Caedmon, as fine as Fairport, as magnificent as Mellow Candle, as pretty as Pentangle, as tasty as the Trees... you get the idea. Very rare copy of the 2nd and last album by Hedgehog Pie.  Where their first album was more electric folk ala Fairport Convention, The Green Lady adds a more progressive edge more resembling Mellow Candle.    Record EX   Cover  VG++   Tracks
  • The Burning of Auchendoon
  • Forest Child
  • Go with the Flow
  • Hunter's House / The oak tree
  • The Green lady
  • Cool Reelies
  • The Gardener
  • Daemon Merchants
  • Camlaan Battle
  • Dreamer
