Here we have an early 1960s Soul gem,the 7'' single by RUFUS THOMAS entitled 'Walking The Dog'.It was released in October 1963 on the highly collectable London American record label and the catalogue no.is HLK 9799.The B side is 'Fine & Mellow'.
The record is in excellent condition and both sides play very well.There are no skips or jumps and the overall sound is sharp and clear.
IN MINT CONDITION THIS ITEM IS VALUED BY RECORD COLLECTOR AT £25 - IN VIEW OF ITS EXC. CONDITION WE HAVE A LOWER STARTING POINT AND NO RESERVE - THIS IS PERHAPS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR FANS OF 1960s SOUL OR LONDON AMERICAN LABEL COLLECTORS TO FILL AN IMPORTANT HOLE IN THEIR COLLECTION.
