The cover has heavy wear on the top, almost all the way through the cardboard. There is a 2" split on the top right corner, but NO rips, tears or writing (see photos). All LP's come boxed carefully in corrugated boxes made specifically for LP's, with a filler pads on both sides to protect the cover, plus the LP's are housed in clear plastic LP sleeves. The LP is removed from the cover for shipping to prevent seam splitting.
