Description
COVER HAS SEAM SPLITS. Please see pictures and description below. Vinyl sounds excellent!
RUSH 2112 40th anniversary vinyl from 2016. The 3 records are VG++ conservative, no real obvious warping was observed, though slight dishing is fairly common with heavier records. The cover is G. There are seam splits on the bottom of both record slots, and one seam split shows on the bottom of the label side seam. This cover would rate VG+ to VG++ if not for these splits. See photos.
Side 1 has two light pops early in 2112, but they are minor.
Side 2 has one pop on Tears, which again is minor.
Sides 3-5 sounds clean with none of these anomalies.
Side 6 is an etching.
These records were played once. The records include rice paper inner sleeves.
Overall a nice presentation. This includes a Starman turntable mat, an M4A download card (expired 2018, but may still work), a booklet, and 3 large band photo cards. Hold a light to Side 2 and observe the hologram in the dead wax, it looks cool.
I also liked the covers on this album. Just to get another Steven Wilson performance (Twilight Zone) was neat.
Records shipped in a whiplash mailer with the records shipped outside of the covers.
