This was used for a "guess which song will play" contest on radio stations that then gave away copies of the album, concert tickets, etc.

I worked at a radio station in the '80s and was allowed to keep a few of these when the contest was completed. This one was never used in the studio. It is pristine: no fingerprints, marks or scratches.
Last one like this on Ebay sold for $150. Two copies are for sale on a record collector's site for over $200 each.
