* What does an "AUDIOPHILE" pressing mean? *
The term "Audiophile" now means that the vinyl pressing of this record is PURE VINYL. Most retail vinyl pressings before 1990 had other ingredients added as filler to cut costs. Pure vinyl has none. If you hold an audiophile pressing up to a bright light you will notice it's translucent. Record labels used this vinyl for radio station promos as a cost cutter so that replacement requests would be less often since pure vinyl pressings do not wear out as quickly as retail stock copy versions. Audiophile pressings are also extremely quiet with virtually NO surface noise, PLUS the audio quality is noticeably cleaner and sharper. An audiophile pressing is definitely a good thing! You will 'hear' the difference and love it!

These records were sorted, stored, moved a few times, and then stored again for decades.
Most were stored carefully, some were not. All of my gradings are visual and more often than not, quite generous.

PLEASE READ MY MY GRADING SCALE
(Near Mint and Mint Minus are not the same grade)
Near Mint: May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small hairline mark,
or a couple paper scuffs on play area but no audible distractions.
Mint minus: A scuff or two or a very light mark or two on either or both sides.
VG++: One step down. A few faint marks or paper scuffs that will probably not
be audible - and if they are, will be mighty faint and not a distraction.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some may likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that might be heard but record should still play through
rather nicely. I have very few records in this condition that I feel the need to sell.
