This is the 1977 first pressing and sealed album of Rush entitled, "A Farewell to Kings". This original first pressing album is on Mercury Records SRM-1-1184. This is a tough album to find out there still sealed and in really nice shape, always has been. Overall in NM condition and a beauty!
The condition of this album is exactly what we are always hoping to find, but rarely do...
This sealed album is a beauty and has a lovely spine and all seams are basically flawless. Four sharp corners. Tight shrink wrap with NO splits or tears. Two vertical breathe holes on front cover near right side (near the puppet King and above the hill in the sky). You will search no longer, this is your FINAL upgrade.
This album is absolutely gorgeous, period. I am a very tough and picky grader, but I will have to give this one a solid NM condition overall - it really is that nice. This is a beautiful RCA Club pressing. No ring wear! I will not get totally selfish on my asking price, but I will not give this one away either. Hard to find.
I remember seeing Rush on this tour and they were mind-blowing. Such a tremendous album and it takes me back to the later 70's in my mind. This is a fantastic find and a great sealed LP for your collection.
I have described this total LP as accurately as possible and it will be a fantastic addition to any collector's records. I'm quite strict about my grading.
