RUSH "s/t" Original LP Debut on MOON Records

Auction is for an ULTRA RARE ORIGINAL CANADIAN FIRST PRESSING of RUSH'S "SELF TITLED" LP from 1974 on Moon Records (Cat. #MN-100). Original definitive first pressing of Rush's classic debut before being signed to Mercury on Canadian Indie label, Moon Records, featuring their logo in Red lettering and not in pink as on every subsequent issue. Cover is in fantastic condition with only some light ringwear. Unfortunately the vinyl has some issues. For the most part the vinyl is about VG+ except that there's a series of very deep scratches towards the end of Side B (see third photo for visual detail) that start a third of the way into the second last song "Before and After" and continue into the entirety of the last track "Working Man". The vinyl played through these marks with no skips on my turntable but did make some very loud and nasty popping noises with each rotation thru. That said, this is more of a collectors piece then anything so I'm sure there's some people out there who this will still appeal to. And obviously as the cover is in such great shape this may work as an upgrade for someone with a clean vinyl copy housed in a beat-up cover. This record is sold "as is".

Condition of the Cover/Vinyl is VG++ / VG- (read above).
