(Warner Bros MFSL 1-085)  Cover VG+ light general shelfwear (more pronounced on back), nothing close to a seam split.  Vinyl EX excellent.  There are a few very light surface scuffs on side 2 from going in and out of sleeve.  Nothing resembling a needle scratch.  Scuffs do not affect play whatsoever on my average, non-audiophile record player.
