RY X's performance at a sold out Royal Albert Hall is the stuff of legend. It was the Australian born Ry Cummings's biggest UK headline and came alongside the London Contemporary Orchestra. As unlikely as that sounds, the results were majestic and are now presented on this special, limited edition purple double album by BMG. Known for his remarkable and emotive lyricism, that was only heightened with the edition of the orchestra. The captivating word-work of 'The Water' and complex metaphors of 'Howling,' when accompanied by lush string crescendos and joyful sounds from the crowd are standout moments.
