Description
On offer here is a 12" 4 track EP copy of Creep by Radiohead, released on the Parlophone label in 1992, catalogue number 12R 6078.
Only 6,000 copies of this EP were released on vinyl making this a rare and very collectable item.
The tracks are Creep, Lurgee, Inside My Head and Million Dollar Question.
The laminated single sleeve is in Excellent Plus condition.
The vinyl has a mirror shine to both sides with no visible inperfections and is rated Near Mint.
The matrix numbers are 12 R 6078 A - 01 01 - 1 and 12 R 6078 B - 01 - 01 01 - 1. There is "OK TOUGH GUY" scratched in the dead wax area on Side Two.
The labels are also Near Mint with just a light spindle mark to indicate any play. From the condition of this record I would say it has probably been played twice ( I played it when I bought it).
On top of this, this also comes with the original Black polylined inner which is also in near Mint condition.
The record will be sent outside of it's cover in a polythene sleeve sandwiched between two 12" cardboard stiffeners in a heavy duty record mailer made by Covers 33.
